Abot the webinar:   Following the Albanese Federal Government’s 2022 election victory, workplace and industrial relations reform was top of the agenda. Since their election we’ve had three rounds of legislation passing through the parliament, plenty of amendments and copious amounts of column space written about these changes. Not wanting to be outdone, following their election in 2023, the Minns State Government has introduced the largest changes to the NSW state industrial relations legislation in decades with highlights including the (re)introduction of a new(?) industrial court.

All of this is somewhat confusing, and very hard to follow. This CPD, presented by Adam Guy of HB Higgins Chambers seeks to provide a comprehensive but easily accessible overview of what’s changed, what hasn’t and what to expect in this (not so) brave new world of industrial relations and workplace law in 2024.

Speaker: Adam Guy,  Barrister, HB Higgins Chambers
