About the webinar:   It is almost ten years since the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA) commenced on 30 January 2012 (and more than six years since the final report from the statutory review conducted by Bruce Whittaker was tabled in Parliament on 18 March 2015).
