End of dual regulation for lawyers providing migration advice (Substantive Law)

About the seminar:  This webinar discusses recently enacted legislation abolishing the dual regulation of lawyers who provide (or would like to provide) immigration assistance, the circumstances in which lawyers will be able to do so and the different categories of practitioners that will be created as a result of those changes.
