About the Seminar:  Where have my files gone?

It is your duty as legal practitioners to protect your clients’ data you have stored for various matters and your responsibility to ensure it is not compromised.

Consider these questions:·

  • Where are my legal files/data stored?
  • Who can access it?
  • Is it backed up?
  • Is it properly protected from malware?
  • What and where is this Cloud?
  • What can I do, to better manage security over my data?
  • What questions should I ask of IT staff/contractors, to ensure my data is protected?
  • Should I open that email?  Think twice before you click.
This will be a “manage my data 101” in non-tech speak and so you will know what questions to ask in the future.

*New membership applications  will receive a $50 discount off the membership fee.
