About the seminar:

In this interactive practical session, Aaron Cornish, barrister, will take on the role of the Counsel acting for the creditor who is pursuing the recovery of a hard-earned debt owing for the supply of goods and/or services. His opposing Counsel will be Geoffrey McDonald, barrister who will be acting for the poor misunderstood debtor.

The session will be conducted in a question and answer format, with each side presenting information from a number of predetermined questions on subjects such as Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy Notices, creditors petitions, winding up applications and other interesting areas which confront lawyers in their own practice, then opening the floor for questions from the audience and impromptu comments from the mediator.

Speakers Geoffrey McDonald, Barrister and Aaron Cornish, Barrister
